QC Assistant - Bridal Couture

Location: Hyderabad

Reports To: Vice President – Product

We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Assistant with experience in bridal couture, luxury ethnic wear, and embroidery. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for quality, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to work closely with artisans, vendors, and production teams to uphold the highest couture standards.

• Inspect garments and embroidery throughout sampling and production.
• Ensure quality standards for embroidery, garment construction, fit, finishing, and presentation.
• Conduct regular visits to embroidery vendors and job-work units to monitor quality and production progress.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely quality compliance.
• Coordinate with design, production, and finishing teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain QC reports and support continuous quality improvements.

• 2–5 years of QC experience in bridal couture, designer wear, or premium ethnic wear.
• Strong knowledge of hand embroidery, embellishments, luxury fabrics, and garment construction.
• Experience managing embroidery vendors and outsourced production.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within Hyderabad.
