Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Quality Assurance and Quality Executive at Body Sensation. The role involves monitoring and maintaining product quality throughout the production cycle, including inspection of raw materials, in-process checks, and finished goods evaluation. The Quality Executive will document and implement quality control procedures, support internal audits, and ensure compliance with relevant food, nutrition, and safety regulations. Daily tasks include coordinating with production and procurement teams to resolve quality issues, analyzing test results, and preparing reports for management. The role also requires participation in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, quality control processes, and regulatory compliance in the food or supplement industry.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and relevant national and international standards for nutrition and dietary supplements.
  • Experience with inspection, testing, documentation, and reporting related to product safety and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues efficiently.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proficiency in using basic quality and lab tools or equipment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field; relevant certifications in quality management are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in quality roles within the FMCG, nutrition, or pharmaceutical sectors is preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
