Quality Control (QC) & Production Handling

Oceanus is a luxury resortwear and swimwear brand, recognised globally for its craftsmanship, embellishment, and premium quality. As we continue to grow internationally, we're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) & Production Handling Executive to join our production team in Delhi.

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional quality. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our garments meet the highest standards before reaching our customers around the world.

• Carry out thorough quality control checks on all garments before dispatch.
• Inspect fabrics, embellishments, stitching, measurements, finishing, and overall garment presentation.
• Ensure every order meets Oceanus' luxury quality standards.
• Work closely with our production partners and suppliers to monitor production progress and resolve issues quickly.
• Track daily production status and provide accurate updates to the operations team.
• Identify quality concerns early and ensure corrective actions are implemented before shipment.
• Coordinate production timelines to help ensure customer deadlines are achieved.
• Manage sample approvals and production revisions where required.
• Maintain clear QC reports, production trackers, and documentation.
• Liaise with logistics and operations teams to ensure completed orders are prepared correctly for dispatch.
• Escalate any production delays or quality risks immediately with proposed solutions.
• Support continuous improvement across production processes and factory performance.
  

• Has previous experience in garment production and quality control.
• Has strong knowledge of luxury fashion manufacturing and garment construction.
• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering flawless products.
• Is highly organised and able to manage multiple production schedules simultaneously.
• Communicates confidently with suppliers and internal teams.
• Is proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Can work independently while taking full ownership of their responsibilities.
• Has experience using production trackers or Excel (preferred).
