Quality Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer located in Coimbatore. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring adherence to quality standards in manufacturing, performing quality checks, maintaining quality assurance processes, and supporting the development of high-performing products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing product specifications, implementing improvement processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Experience in Quality Engineering and Quality Control processes to assess and improve production efficiency and standards.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Product Quality to ensure product reliability and meet customer expectations.
• Understanding of Quality Management practices to maintain compliance with ISO standards and optimize operational practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality concerns.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial motors and expertise in the manufacturing domain will be an added advantage.
