Role Description The Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and improving product and process quality across pre-engineered building projects. This full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves developing and implementing quality standards, conducting inspections and audits, and monitoring compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations. The Quality Engineer will analyze data to identify trends, investigate root causes of defects, and drive corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with design, manufacturing, and project execution teams. The role also includes preparing quality documentation, supporting customer requirements, coordinating with technical partners, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in production and project delivery.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, with the ability to design and implement robust quality frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in Quality Control activities, including inspections, testing, and adherence to standards on shop floor and project sites.
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance practices, such as process audits, documentation, and compliance with relevant codes and certifications.
• Demonstrated capability in managing Product Quality, including root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and performance monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with steel structures, fabrication processes, and construction quality standards is highly beneficial.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality plans; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Comfort working on-site in an industrial/construction environment and managing multiple projects concurrently.
