Job Description: UKG Tester

Must-haves

Hands-on UKG background (UKG Pro / Pro Workforce Management) with real configuration and testing experience, not just functional familiarity.

Strong working knowledge of UKG Pro Accruals, business structure, Pay Rules, and Attendance.

Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to trace configuration through to downstream impacts (e.g., how a work rule drives pay rules, overtime, and zones) and to build and execute thorough test cases

Able to work independently, document clearly, and communicate findings to both technical and business stakeholders

Nice-to-haves

Experience with Jira for tracking issues, test cases, and defects

Exposure to UKG data migration / integration tooling (e.g., Dell Boomi, WIM, or file-based imports)

UKG Advanced Scheduling

UKG reporting experience (Dimensions reporting / BIRT) and comfort with spreadsheets for validation

Prior implementation or migration experience in a large, complex enterprise environment.
