Job Description:

• Ensure that all construction activities comply with respective codes of practice, standards, and client specifications.
• Supervise and guide site workmen to maintain required quality standards during execution.
• Prepare, implement, and maintain quality documentation, including inspection records, test reports, material testing, and quality checklists.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify workmanship and adherence to quality plans.
• Identify and report any non-conformities, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain an organized system for document control and record keeping to support project quality requirements, audits of quality and billing process.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure consistent quality standards across all site activities.
• Stay updated with the latest codes, standards, and best practices relevant to civil construction.
  
  

Experience

• Proven experience in quality assurance and control for civil engineering projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
  
  

Skills

• Proficient in all lab equipment testing, etc.
• Mix design expert.
• Maintain quality register as per irrigation quality control department norms.
