Open Positions:

1. Quantum Optimization Consultant

Responsibilities

• Formulate optimization problems as QUBO/Ising models
• Design and optimize QAOA-based quantum algorithms
• Develop hybrid quantum-classical optimization workflows
• Review mathematical formulations and quantum circuits
• Benchmark quantum algorithms against classical optimization techniques
• Participate in technical design discussions and solution reviews

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quantum Computing or Quantum Optimization
• Strong understanding of:
• QAOA
• QUBO
• Ising Hamiltonians
• Variational Quantum Algorithms
• Hands-on experience with:
• Python
• Qiskit
• Qulacs, PennyLane, Cirq, or similar quantum computing frameworks

Preferred Skills

• Combinatorial Optimization
• Graph Algorithms
• Scientific Computing
• Research publications or open-source contributions

2. Optimization & Scientific Computing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop mathematical optimization models
• Build classical optimization baselines
• Model logistics and operational constraints
• Optimize computational performance
• Design benchmarking experiments
• Analyze results and prepare technical documentation
• Collaborate closely with the quantum optimization consultant

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Operations Research, Mathematical Optimization, or Scientific Computing
• Strong understanding of:
• Linear Programming
• Mixed Integer Programming
• Network Optimization
• Mathematical Modeling
• Hands-on experience with:
• Python
• OR-Tools, Pyomo, SCIP, Gurobi, or CPLEX
• NumPy
