Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and academically strong M.Pharm graduates to join our Research & Development team as R&D Trainees. This role provides hands on exposure to formulation development, laboratory research, pharmaceutical documentation, and product development of Transdermal Drug Delivery Systems (TDDS), offering an excellent foundation for a career in pharmaceutical R&D.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the formulation and development of Transdermal Drug Delivery Systems (TDDS).
• Support laboratory experiments, formulation trials, and product development activities.
• Perform pharmaceutical calculations related to formulations, batch sizes, concentrations, and yields.
• Prepare and maintain R&D documentation in compliance with GMP and GLP guidelines.
• Record experimental observations and prepare technical reports.
• Assist in stability studies and analytical sample preparation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Analytical Development.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures, SOPs, and quality standards.

Required skills:

• Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Basic understanding of Transdermal Drug Delivery Systems (TDDS).
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and pharmaceutical documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• M.Pharm (Mandatory)
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or project experience in Formulation Development, Clinical Research, or Pharmaceutical R&D will be an added advantage.

Salary:

CTC: ₹2.40 LPA

After successful completion of one year of continuous service, employees will be eligible for a performance-based CTC revision to ₹2.88 LPA, subject to management approval.
