About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced React Lead to drive the architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on expertise in React, Node.js, and cloud-native deployments with the ability to lead teams, define best practices, and ensure high-quality technical delivery.

This role requires both technical leadership and active contribution to development, focusing on building modern, high-performance applications deployed on Google Cloud Platform using containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

• Lead architecture design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of applications.
• Drive technical decision-making and technology adoption.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

• Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and pair programming.
• Lead design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical planning.
• Ensure engineering excellence and adherence to standards.

Cloud & DevOps Ownership:

• Lead deployments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, and Storage.
• Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Ensure system reliability, observability, and security.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Product, Backend, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Ensure seamless integration with backend APIs and microservices.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap planning.

Frontend:

• React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand)
• TypeScript and advanced JavaScript (ES6+)
• HTML5, CSS3, responsive design
• Performance optimization and component architecture
• Microfrontend Architectire & Tailwind

Backend:

• Node.js, Express.js
• REST APIs and microservices architecture

Cloud & DevOps:

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Storage
• Docker and Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins)

Testing:

• Jest
• React Testing Library
• Unit and integration testing
