Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in New Delhi. The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, conduct site visits, and guide clients through buying, selling, and renting transactions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, explaining property features and pricing, negotiating offers, and preparing basic documentation in coordination with legal and administrative teams. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, building relationships with clients and brokers, and ensuring a professional and compliant transaction process. The Real Estate Agent is expected to collaborate with the wider team to achieve sales targets and deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices
  • Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and client relationship management
  • Proven Sales capabilities with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Knowledge of Real Property concepts, local market conditions, and property valuation basics
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi with flexibility for client meetings and property visits
  • Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, online listing platforms) and documentation
  • Prior experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is an advantage
