Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Relationship Manager based in Noida. The Real Estate Relationship Manager will build and manage long-term relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and guiding them through the complete real estate lifecycle from discovery to closing. Responsibilities include conducting property consultations, coordinating site visits, presenting suitable project options, and supporting clients with documentation and transaction processes. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and developer partners to ensure timely information, smooth deal execution, and a consistently high customer experience. The Real Estate Relationship Manager will also track leads, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, follow up proactively, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Strong client relationship management, consultative selling, and customer service skills, with the ability to understand and match client needs to suitable property solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including confident presentation abilities during client meetings and site visits.
  • Basic understanding of real estate markets, property types, and regulatory aspects (including RERA), with willingness to stay updated on market trends and project launches.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office tools, and digital platforms for lead tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant experience in real estate advisory, sales, or financial services is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, and meet performance and revenue targets within a fast-paced environment.
