Role Description The Reception Manager is responsible for overseeing front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming, efficient experience for all visitors and customers. This full-time, on-site role is based in Odisha, India, and includes managing reception staff, coordinating guest check-ins, handling phone and in-person inquiries, and maintaining an organized reception area. The role involves scheduling appointments, directing customers to appropriate departments, and supporting showroom events and promotions. The Reception Manager will monitor customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to uphold high service standards. Additional responsibilities include basic administrative tasks, record keeping, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Experience with receptionist duties, including managing phone calls, visitor check-ins, and front desk coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Solid organization skills, including time management, multitasking, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or showroom environments is preferred.
  • Comfort with basic computer applications and office systems (email, scheduling tools, spreadsheets).
  • Ability to work on-site full time, maintain a professional appearance, and represent the brand positively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in office administration or customer service is an advantage.
