Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Kochi. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment, including job requirement gathering, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Responsibilities include coordinating interview schedules with clients and managing candidate communication. The role involves supporting bulk and niche hiring across international markets, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and overseas employment regulations. The HR Recruiter will also contribute to improving recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and representing the organisation professionally to candidates and client partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing for diverse roles and levels.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, including job posting, shortlisting, and offer coordination.
  • Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes for international markets, preferably GCC and Europe.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR consulting, ideally within overseas or bulk recruitment, is preferred.
