We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical professionals across various IT roles. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles (IT/software positions).
  • Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Stay updated with current IT hiring trends and market insights.
  • Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter in a recruitment agency.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles such as Software Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, UI/UX, etc.
  • Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment platforms.
  • Good knowledge of technical terminologies and IT industry trends.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and priorities effectively.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in handling client requirements independently.
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS tools.
  • Strong candidate engagement and relationship management skills.
