Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing potential candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• Identify and attract candidates using job portals, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of HR practices and recruitment metrics
