Job Description

Role Overview:

Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for both IT and Non-IT positions. This position is vital for ensuring we attract and hire top talent across various industries, contributing to the company's growth and success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through platforms such as Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
  • Perform Boolean searches to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for IT and Non-IT positions.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions, ensuring timely closures.
  • Post job advertisements and monitor job portal performance for effectiveness.
  • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS records accurately.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular updates.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.


Required Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Boolean Search techniques.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-focused.


Preferred Qualifications/Good to Have:

  • Experience hiring across multiple domains and industries.
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies for niche and lateral hiring.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics and hiring metrics.
