Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Rajkot. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networks, and screening resumes to match role requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating interviews, supporting hiring managers in defining job requirements, facilitating assessments, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role will also involve maintaining and updating candidate databases, tracking recruitment metrics, and preparing regular hiring reports. In addition, the Recruiter will support employer branding initiatives, participate in campus or industry hiring events, and ensure all recruitment practices are compliant, fair, and inclusive.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination for technical and non-technical roles.
- Ability to partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job descriptions, and refine selection criteria.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and online recruitment platforms.
- Understanding of fair hiring practices, diversity and inclusion principles, and basic labor and employment guidelines.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple open roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience recruiting in manufacturing, engineering, or technology environments is preferred.
