Role Description

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Work Mode: On-Site
• Location: Salem
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements and close positions on time.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting for non-IT roles.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement and collaboration with hiring teams.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with the textile manufacturing sector is a plus.
