At Techjays, we are building AI-first technology solutions that help businesses scale with secure and production-grade systems. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team and help us hire top talent across technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and referrals
• Conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate communication
• Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding support
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment reports
• Support employer branding, campus hiring, and talent pipeline building
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience hiring for IT/technology roles preferred
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/Product companies
• Experience hiring for Software, AI/ML, Data Science, or Engineering roles is a plus
