Job Description Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (Contract- Sourcer)
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Manager-Talent Acquisition
PURPOSE OF ROLE
The role is responsible for supporting end-to-end Talent Acquisition sourcing activities by identifying, engaging, and building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. The individual will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely delivery of quality talent through effective sourcing strategies and market research.Also, the individual will ensure all required candidate documents are accurately collected, verified and maintained in the designated folders while supporting recruitment sourcing activities to strengthen the talent pipeline. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILIES
- Support recruitment sourcing activities across multiple business functions and roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Perform initial profile screening based on job requirements and business expectations.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
- Schedule candidate interviews and ensure smooth coordination throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/HRMS systems (e.g., Workday).
- Generate sourcing reports, trackers, and recruitment dashboards with accurate data.Reconcile and validate the employee documents by checking availability and accuracy in designated folders/repositories.
- Track missing or incomplete documents.Maintain proper documentation structure and ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
- Update trackers and maintain accurate records in systems/tools (e.g., Excel trackers/Sharepoint/Azure).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (TA, BGV vendors) for smooth document reconciliation process.
- Support recruitment sourcing activities including profile screening and initial candidate engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS Education.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discip
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Sourcing, or HR Operations.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS tools, preferabl Workday.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data tracking.
- Familiarity with document management systems and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of Pre-Onboarding and Background Verification processes.

- Knowledge of recruitment tools/platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).
- Process improvement and automation mindset.
