Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter/HR Executive at Aparajitha Corporate Services Private Limited located in Gurugram. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently.

Location- Ahmadabad, Gujarat

Educational Qualification - Graduation in any stream

Work experience – 2 to 4 Years’ experience in the Recruitment field.

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate sourcing
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and understand staffing requirements
• Employee Data Management
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Experience with sourcing techniques
