Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, including role definition, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various positions across the organization. The Recruitment Specialist will conduct interviews, coordinate hiring decisions with department leaders, and oversee onboarding and initial training support to ensure a smooth transition for new team members. Daily tasks include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment metrics, collaborating with managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining compliance with company policies, and continuously improving recruitment processes.
Qualifications

• Recruiting and Hiring skills to manage end-to-end talent acquisition.
• Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidates and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Training and onboarding experience to support new hires during their initial period.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open positions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and basic HR processes.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore and build relationships across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience as a Recruitment Specialist, HR Executive, or similar role, preferably in manufacturing or equipment industries.
