Role Description The Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration and HVAC systems for commercial and residential customers. Day-to-day tasks include performing diagnostic checks, troubleshooting equipment issues, carrying out preventive maintenance, and ensuring safe and efficient operation of all systems. The role also involves responding to service calls, documenting work performed, communicating clearly with clients, and following company and industry safety standards. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in North Delhi, with primary work on-site at customer locations or company facilities, and some tasks such as documentation, reporting, and coordination acceptable from home.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for refrigeration and related systems.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical and system issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Electricity to work safely with electrical components of refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with HVAC systems, including installation, servicing, and performance optimization.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical engineering is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong attention to safety, adherence to regulatory standards, and proper use of tools and protective equipment.
• Effective communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a field service team.
• Prior experience in refrigeration or HVAC field service in urban or commercial settings will be an advantage.
