Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Head role based in Pune District. The Regional Sales Head will lead and grow the regional sales organization, set revenue targets, and develop strategies to achieve business objectives across Square Yards’ product and service lines. This role involves managing sales teams, driving pipeline generation, overseeing key accounts, and ensuring consistent conversion and profitability across channels. The Regional Sales Head will analyze regional market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to refine go-to-market plans and align with national priorities. The position also includes close collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, and product), regular reporting on KPIs, coaching and developing team members, and representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
  • Proficiency in Team Management, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Robust Account Management capabilities to nurture key relationships, drive renewals, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast sales, optimize territories, and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Relevant experience in real estate, proptech, financial services, or related sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
