Role Description The Regional Sales Manager – IVD (Division-Rapid) is a full-time, on-site role based in Saraswati Vihar. This role is responsible for driving regional sales of rapid IVD kits and reagents, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory. The Regional Sales Manager will manage and mentor a regional sales team, build and maintain relationships with distributors, hospitals, laboratories, and other key customers, and identify new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and preparing sales forecasts and reports. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including territory management and key account management in the IVD or medical diagnostics sector.
  • Experience in channel and distributor management, with the ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of in-vitro diagnostics products, rapid test kits, and the healthcare market, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
  • Proficiency in planning, forecasting, and using basic sales analytics or CRM tools to track performance and opportunities.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership abilities to guide and motivate regional sales teams toward meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, business, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in management is an advantage.
  • Prior on-site field sales experience in diagnostics or medical devices; familiarity with the Saraswati Vihar or nearby region is a plus.
