Role Overview

We are looking for a Regional Service Manager to lead service operations across multiple hubs and cities. The role will be responsible for fleet uptime, service efficiency, preventive maintenance, spare parts management, and service team performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fleet & Service Operations

• Ensure high fleet uptime and minimum vehicle downtime
• Monitor service turnaround times (TAT)
• Drive preventive maintenance and battery health management
• Ensure timely vehicle replacement for major breakdowns

2. Inventory & Vendor Management

• Manage spare parts availability across hubs
• Coordinate with OEMs and service partners for escalations and repairs
• Monitor warranty and insurance claim closures

3. Team Management

• Lead service executives and hub-level service teams
• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits
• Ensure SOP adherence across locations

4. Reporting & Governance

• Track vehicle downtime, service TAT, repair closures, and idle vehicles
• Share periodic service reports and improvement plans

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in fleet service, automotive service, EV operations, or workshop management
• Experience managing multi-location service operations
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and operational processes
• Strong team management and problem-solving skills
