Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* *Enterprise Account Hunting:* Designing and executing aggressive market-penetration playbooks to uncover, pitch, and secure new enterprise logos across the Retail, CPG, and eCommerce sectors.
* *Consultative Solution Selling:* Deconstructing complex corporate supply chain, marketing, and operational hurdles and translating them into high-impact AI/ML, advanced analytics, and cloud solution frameworks.
* *Full-Cycle Deal Architecture:* Leading high-stakes business development cycles from initial discovery and pipeline origination to comprehensive commercial closing and account expansion.
* *RFP/RFI Strategy & Proposal Crafting:* Owning the end-to-end generation of winning proposals, masterfully structuring RFI/RFP responses, client decks, and thought leadership assets alongside global delivery heads.
* *Executive Stakeholder Governance:* Building and nurturing ironclad professional relationships with VP and C-level technology, data, and business custodians to cement long-term strategic partnerships.
* *Cross-Functional Synergy:* Collaborating dynamically with internal data science pods, solution architects, and delivery leads to ensure proposed capabilities align perfectly with client delivery expectations.
Requirements
* *Experience Blueprint:* 4–8 years of progressive, verified professional success operating in *Business Development, Pre-sales, Analytics Consulting, or Solution Consulting* domains.
* *Domain Foundations:* A deeply rooted, highly successful background selling specialized technology capabilities, specifically spanning *Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Big Data, and Cloud solutions*.
* *Vertical Familiarity:* Strong industry knowledge of the structural business models, consumer data matrices, and supply-chain pressures unique to the Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, or eCommerce landscapes.
* *Competencies:* Exceptional structural thinking, strong commercial negotiation acumen, stellar presentation capabilities, and the narrative gravity to command a boardroom.
