As a Research Specialist - Associate 2, you will engage in brand management, marketing, and sales initiatives, focusing on collaboration to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns to engage clients and achieve organizational targets. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to different stakeholders, building meaningful connections and growing your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and reporting data using dashboards and reporting formats
  • Understanding and interpreting financial and reporting information
  • Preparing inputs and information from databases and other sources that helps PwC win in the marketplace
  • Providing industry insights and analysis
  • Updating recent data in CRM systems
  • Executing projects as per defined guidelines and SLAs
  • Utilizing market research and digital analytics to enhance brand visibility and capture new business opportunities
  • Engaging with clients to understand their goals and manage accounts effectively
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth and loyalty
  • Applying CRM software to track client interactions and improve customer satisfaction
  • Supporting the development of creative campaigns to promote the firm's services
  • Gathering information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns
  • Participating in stakeholder engagement to align strategies with organizational targets
  • Adapting to a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of tasks to deliver quality work
  • Developing commercial awareness and understanding how the business operates

What You Must Have

  • Full time graduate or the equivalent degree
  • Associates with 1-3 years of experienced in secondary research, CRM tool (any)/ should be aware of CRM concept. Excellent communication (Written and spoken both)
  • Shift timings –9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST and 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM IST
  • At least 1 years of experience in sales, marketing or related PwC experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
