Role Overview

We seek a strategic Team Lead to lead multiple industry/sector teams, drive operational

excellence, and contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives. You will be responsible

for scaling our modelling and research capabilities while maintaining the highest quality

standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple industry/sector teams as senior subject matter
• expert
• Drive strategic performance improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams
• Represent Operations in strategic forums and executive meetings
• Own hiring, onboarding, and performance management for sector teams
• Implement scalable processes, automation, and strategic projects
• Mentor Team Leads and contribute to organizational development

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Executive leadership ability with experience managing multiple teams
• Deep sector expertise and advanced financial modelling capabilities
• Strategic and critical thinking with data-driven decision-making approach
• High emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership style
• Experience in process improvement, automation, and strategic project management
• Advanced proficiency in cross-functional collaboration
• Expert-level knowledge of project management tools, analytics platforms, and Gen AI applications
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and innovation

Who can apply
