About the Role

At HOSTIE, this is not just a reservations role — this is a business-critical growth position.

We are looking for someone who can own revenue, control demand, optimize pricing, and drive occupancy while ensuring seamless booking operations across all channels.

You will act as the bridge between Sales, Revenue, and Operations, directly impacting profitability and brand positioning.



Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Pricing Strategy

  • Design and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand, seasonality, events, and competitor benchmarking
  • Optimize ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR, and occupancy
  • Monitor market trends and adjust pricing in real-time



2. OTA & Channel Management

  • Manage and optimize listings on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com
  • Ensure content quality, ranking optimization, and visibility growth
  • Handle promotions, discounts, and campaign strategies across OTAs
  • Maintain rate parity and inventory synchronization



3. Reservation & Conversion Excellence

  • Oversee all booking inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, OTA, website)
  • Drive high conversion rates with a strong sales mindset
  • Build structured SOPs for response time, guest handling, and upselling
  • Analyze lost bookings and improve conversion funnels



4. Demand Generation & Growth

  • Identify new demand channels and partnerships
  • Run targeted campaigns (weekend getaways, long stays, seasonal offers)
  • Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and brand positioning



5. Operations Alignment

  • Coordinate with operations to ensure inventory readiness and guest experience delivery
  • Balance overbooking risks vs occupancy optimization
  • Ensure smooth pre-arrival communication and guest journey



6. Data & Performance Tracking

  • Track and report daily pickup, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and conversion rates
  • Build dashboards and insights for leadership
  • Take data-driven decisions to improve revenue performance



Key Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of revenue management & dynamic pricing
  • Hands-on experience with OTA platforms and channel managers
  • Sales-driven mindset with high conversion ability
  • Analytical thinking with data interpretation skills
  • Strong communication & cross-team coordination



Preferred Background

  • Experience in hospitality, boutique stays, hotels, or travel startups
  • Prior role in Revenue Manager / Reservations Manager / OTA Manager
  • Familiarity with pricing tools or PMS systems
