Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Floor Manager based in Chennai. The Restaurant Floor Manager will oversee daily operational activities on the restaurant floor to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and training floor staff, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring quality food and beverage delivery, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role also requires effective communication and collaboration with the team to meet business goals and ensure guest experiences exceed expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to engage with guests and address their needs effectively.
  • Experience in staff hiring and team leadership to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing floor team.
  • Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and guests, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and standards to deliver high-quality dining experiences.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus.
