Retail Merchandiser

Role Description The Retail Merchandiser role at Kripashree is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The role involves planning and arranging jewelry displays, ensuring products are attractively presented and aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring stock levels, coordinating with sales staff on product placement, and updating displays according to promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal trends. The Retail Merchandiser will support sales by analyzing product performance, adjusting assortments, and maintaining accurate labeling and pricing. This role also includes collaborating with store leadership to enhance customer experience and uphold store cleanliness and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Candidates should possess Retail and Sales skills to manage product displays and support in-store selling activities.
• Candidates should possess Sales & Marketing skills to help implement promotional strategies and drive product visibility.
• Attention to detail in visual merchandising, inventory handling, and pricing accuracy.
• Ability to work on-site in Patna, including weekends and peak retail hours as required.
• Previous experience in jewelry is mandatory.
• Basic numerical and computer skills for stock tracking and reporting.
