Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to suitable products while maintaining a positive shopping experience. Day-to-day activities include explaining product features and benefits, handling inquiries, supporting customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges, and ensuring shelves and displays are organized and well-stocked. The Retail Sales Specialist will process transactions accurately, promote ongoing offers, and assist in achieving store sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with team members, following store policies, and maintaining a clean and safe retail environment.
