Role Description:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Area Manager (HQ) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our ISB stores. The role requires strong coordination, ownership, and communication to ensure smooth store operations and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Oversee inventory management, stock reconciliation, and store replenishment.
- Manage store staff, including attendance, payroll inputs, and daily support.
- Coordinate bulk order planning, fulfillment, logistics, and store deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ISB stakeholders.
- Prepare and review Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and monitor store performance.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and finance teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure company SOPs and operational standards are followed across all stores.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Support store launches, campus events, and promotional activities.
Skills:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of inventory and store operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to take ownership.
- Focused on delivering operational excellence.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Flexible with working hours when business requires additional support.
