Retention Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and customer-focused Retention & CRO Manager to drive repeat purchases, improve customer lifetime value, and optimize conversion rates across our digital platforms. This role will be responsible for owning retention marketing channels and continuously improving the on-site user experience through experimentation and insights.

Key Responsibilities

Retention Marketing

• Own and manage CRM channels: Email, SMS, WhatsApp and Push Notifications
• Plan and execute lifecycle journeys (welcome, onboarding, reactivation, win-back, post-purchase, etc.)
• Segment customers based on behavior, cohorts, and lifecycle stages
• Improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value (LTV)

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Analyze user behavior using tools
• Identify drop-offs in the funnel and optimize landing pages, PDPs and checkout flows
• Plan and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates
• Work closely with design and tech teams to implement improvements

Data & Analytics

• Track, analyze, and report key metrics: Conversion Rate, Retention Rate, CAC:LTV ratio, AOV
• Build dashboards and generate actionable insights
• Use data to inform marketing and product decisions

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams
• Align retention strategies with brand campaigns and product launches

Key Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Retention Marketing / CRM / CRO roles
• Experience in D2C or E-commerce is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools
• Strong understanding of user funnels and customer lifecycle
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel or similar
• Experience with A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
