As part of this function, Revenue Management team plays a strategic role in unlocking growth and maximizing profitability. By leveraging data, market signals, and crossfunctional collaboration, the team drives pricing strategies, monitors category performance, and identifies opportunities to enhance conversion and revenue outcomes. It sits at the intersection of analytics and business, enabling data-led decisions that shape the future of our Holidays business.

About The Role

As part of Holidays Revenue team, you will be responsible for handling revenue, driving growth, and increasing profitability.

The ideal candidate for the role is an independent, self-starter, quick-witted, entrepreneurial, and intellectually curious individual. This person must excel at crossfunctional collaboration, combine creativity with organisational skills, manage deliverables to tight deadlines, and have the ability to deliver high-quality work under time constraints.

What Will You Be Doing

P&L and Revenue Management

  • Define & drive the short term and long-term growth agenda of the business while influencing various cross functional teams.
  • Manage the business P&L and devise strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Tactically manage active revenue levers to achieve the daily margin, conversion and transaction goals.
  • Lead discussions on the relevant banking and non-banking alliances and execute tactical marketing campaigns.
  • Track performance parameters and keep a tight control on business KPI numbers.
  • Deep dive into competitor pricing data and use signals to improve category pricing.
  • Deep dive onto demand signals / traffic data to decipher business and marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing to devise and execute customer engagement strategies and campaigns.
  • Understand new markets & segments – the trends/customer behavior and work with marketing, supply and product to maximize conversion basis those trends.
  • Follow a stringent action plan and collaborate with the product team to increase platform conversion for the holidays category.
  • Work with product teams to automate / improve pricing, business reporting and alerting mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with operations team to devise and ensure smooth post-sale processes.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze large datasets to uncover meaningful trends and generate insights that drive business decisions.
  • Build and run business experiments to validate hypotheses and test new initiatives.
  • Conduct scenario modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning.
  • Own reporting for the category and create automated dashboards and tools to track business performance.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to align on priorities and drive execution.
  • Communicate effectively across teams, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver under tight timelines

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA from a reputed institute with 5–7 years of experience in a revenue or category management role within a consumer-facing, technology-enabled business—preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of working in high-growth, data-driven environments with a strong understanding of business levers and consumer behavior.
  • Advanced proficiency inMS Excel and MS PowerPointfor data analysis and business storytelling.
  • Sound understanding of SQL and Python is mandatory to independently work on data extraction, modeling, and analysis.
