Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Robotic Trainer/Innovation Engineer. The role involves conducting hands-on robotics training sessions for students, guiding them through robot building, programming, and troubleshooting in both manual and embedded systems. The Robotic Trainer/Innovation Engineer will design and refine training modules, lesson plans, and project-based activities that align with RoboSpecies’ educational objectives. Responsibilities include maintaining and setting up robotic equipment and kits, ensuring safety and reliability, and performing preventive maintenance on training robots. The role also involves collaborating with the development team to test and improve robotics platforms, creating innovative learning content, and offering technical support during workshops, events, and competitions. The individual will interact regularly with educators, students, and internal stakeholders to improve learning outcomes and promote interest in robotics.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in robotics and Robot operation, with practical experience working on educational or industrial robotic systems.
  • Ability to perform Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance on robotic platforms, ensuring reliable and safe operation.
  • Exposure to Robotic Welding or similar robotic applications is an advantage, demonstrating familiarity with real-world automation use cases.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting technical workshops, preferably in STEM or robotics education.
  • Proficiency in basic programming concepts (e.g., C/C++, Python, or block-based/visual programming tools) relevant to robotics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in an accessible manner.
  • Comfort working on-site in a classroom or lab environment, managing equipment and ensuring a safe learning space for students.
  • Creative and innovation-driven mindset, with interest in designing new projects, experiments, and educational tools.
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving educational technologies and curricula.
