Job Position : Robotics Engineer (ROS2 & AI/ML)

Location : Gurugram, Haryana

Job brief : We are looking for a highly motivated Robotics Engineer with strong expertise in ROS2 and AI/ML to join our growing engineering team. You will work on designing, developing, and deploying intelligent robotic systems that integrate perception, planning, and control. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of robotics software and machine learning.

Job Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robotic applications using ROS2.
• Implement and optimize perception, localization, and navigation algorithms.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models for real-world robotic use cases (e.g., object detection, SLAM, path planning).
• Integrate sensors such as LiDAR, cameras, IMUs, and GPS into robotic systems.
• Build scalable and modular software architectures for robotics platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, AI, and product teams.
• Perform simulation and testing using tools like Gazebo, RViz, or Isaac Sim.
• Debug, profile, and optimize system performance in real-time environments.
• Stay updated with advancements in robotics, ROS2 ecosystem, and AI/ML technologies.

Qualifications & Skills :

• B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, or a related discipline from a reputed institute (NIT / IIT / BITS or equivalent).
• 3–6 years of experience in robotics software development.
• Strong proficiency in ROS2 (nodes, topics, services, actions, DDS concepts).
• Solid programming skills in C, C++ and Python.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with computer vision, deep learning, or reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with robotic algorithms: SLAM, path planning, sensor fusion, localization.
• Experience working with Linux-based systems (Ubuntu preferred).
• Understanding of real-time systems and distributed architectures.
