Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Roll Forming Machine Operator at Surayay Namah Steels, located in Jabalpur. The operator will set up, operate, and monitor roll forming machinery to produce high-quality solar structure components. Responsibilities include ensuring proper operation of equipment, performing routine maintenance, conducting quality control checks, and using hand tools to adjust and calibrate machines. Adherence to safety standards, efficiency in meeting production targets, and accurate reporting will be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Machine Operation and handling of roll forming machinery
• Knowledge of Quality Control practices to ensure adherence to production standards
• Familiarity with Machinery and ability to perform equipment maintenance and adjustments
• Proficient in the safe use of Hand Tools and basic mechanical adjustments
• Good Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of workplace safety protocols and adherence to safety procedures
• Experience in the steel or solar structure manufacturing industry is a plus
