Role Description
As a SaaS Link building Specialist at SaaSMonks, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating relevant SaaS and marketing websites for guest posting opportunities on a full-time, remote basis. You will conduct outreach to editors and site owners, negotiate placements, and manage ongoing relationships to secure high-quality, contextual backlinks.
Daily tasks include researching topics, drafting or coordinating guest post content, aligning anchor texts and URLs with SEO strategies, and tracking campaign performance. You will collaborate closely with the SEO and content teams to ensure guest posting efforts support broader link-building and growth objectives, while maintaining adherence to white-hat best practices and client guidelines.
Qualifications
- Guest posting and link building skills, including prospecting relevant SaaS sites, crafting effective outreach emails, and managing publisher relationships.
- SEO and link-building knowledge, such as understanding anchor text strategy, domain authority, organic ranking factors, and white-hat practices.
- Content-related abilities, including topic research, basic content briefing or writing, and ensuring alignment with brand voice and editorial guidelines.
- Analytical and organizational skills, including tracking campaign performance, using spreadsheets or CRM tools, and prioritizing outreach pipelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and professionalism in external communications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with distributed SEO and content teams.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, digital marketing agencies, or link-building roles is preferred; familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar is a plus.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial but not strictly required if experience is demonstrated.
