Safety Officer

Role Overview

We are looking for an R&D Executive with hands-on experience in epoxy systems to develop and optimize formulations for adhesives, coatings, and related applications. The role involves lab-scale development, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

Formulation Development

• Develop and optimize epoxy-based formulations for adhesives, coatings, and composites
• Select appropriate resins, hardeners, fillers, and additives
• Work on improving adhesion, curing behavior, and performance properties

Testing & Analysis

• Conduct laboratory testing such as viscosity, gel time, pot life, curing profile, tensile strength, and hardness
• Analyze results and ensure products meet quality and performance standards
• Use instruments like DSC, TGA, and other analytical tools (if applicable)

Troubleshooting & Support

• Identify and resolve formulation and application issues
• Support production scale-up and pilot trials
• Troubleshoot problems related to curing, compatibility, and process parameters

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and maintain TDS, MSDS, SOPs, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Production, QC, and Technical Services teams
• Support customer queries and application trials when required

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of epoxy chemistry and polymer systems
• Hands-on experience in formulation development and lab testing
• Understanding of curing mechanisms and material compatibility
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting
