Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Admin and Marketing Coordinator. The role involves supporting the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, managing client records, processing invoices, and coordinating documentation for loan applications. The coordinator will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, provide timely updates to clients, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities include assisting in tracking sales performance, maintaining CRM data, coordinating marketing campaigns, preparing basic sales and marketing reports, and supporting promotional activities and events. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate information flow, on-time follow-ups, and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries, resolve concerns, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Administrative Assistance experience, including managing documentation, data entry, record keeping, and coordination of daily sales activities.
- Basic Sales skills, including lead follow-up, pipeline support, and collaboration with sales representatives to meet targets.
- Experience with Invoicing, including preparing, processing, and tracking invoices with attention to accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales management tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in financial services or lending is an advantage.
