Sales and Marketing Management Trainee

This role includes a Potential PPO after the internship.



Note: 1st month will be a training period which will be Unpaid, but it will include the sales commission of the clients closed. After 1st month paid internship will start with a base stipend ranging from 5,000 to 25,000 per month.



After the remote training period you must be willing to join on-site.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales and Marketing Trainee located. As a trainee, you will assist in various sales and marketing activities, including customer engagement, lead generation, managing client relationships, and supporting sales and customer service teams. Additionally, you will contribute to developing and executing training programs for the sales team, ensuring success in achieving business goals.



Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Proficiency in Sales, including lead generation, client management, and relationship building
Experience or willingness to assist in Training and Sales Management tasks
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Previous experience in sales or marketing roles is a plus
