Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Pune. The specialist will promote REL’s real estate and loan training programs, generate leads, and convert prospective learners into enrolled participants. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, managing inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients. The role involves supporting marketing campaigns, creating basic promotional materials, coordinating events or workshops, and gathering feedback to improve outreach strategies. The specialist will work closely with the training team to understand course offerings and clearly communicate program value to potential applicants.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing enrollments or service agreements.
- Experience or interest in Training-related activities, such as coordinating sessions, supporting trainers, or explaining course content to prospective learners.
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles, with the ability to assist in promotional campaigns, social media outreach, or local networking initiatives.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in real estate, mortgage, or education/training sectors is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
