Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Vadodara. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations and sales meetings, managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and delivering in-depth product training. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Experience in providing effective Training and product demonstrations
• Ability to strategize and execute marketing initiatives effectively
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the construction materials or windows and doors industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
