Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to drive business growth for our Networking & Power Tech (NPT) Business Unit. The role involves identifying opportunities, engaging with customers and partners, managing the sales pipeline, and contributing to revenue growth across the region.
What you would be doing:
- Generate and develop new business opportunities for the NPS Business Unit.
- Manage end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to order closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and system integrators.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and solution discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely proposal submission and project execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
What we are looking for:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, BTech in ECE
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Channel Sales (Freshers can apply).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for field sales and customer engagement.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
