Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Lucknow. The Sales Associate will engage potential and existing customers, explain GrowUpMyTree’s offerings, and support them through the sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily activities include meeting clients, conducting sales presentations, responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tools, and following up on prospects. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and project timelines, as well as gathering customer feedback to improve products and services. The Sales Associate is expected to meet sales targets, represent the brand professionally, and promote GrowUpMyTree’s mission of sustainable fruit forestry.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and present solutions to diverse customers.
  • Proven aptitude in sales activities such as lead generation, negotiation, and closing, preferably in a startup or impact-focused environment.
  • Comfort working with basic digital tools and CRM or sales software for tracking leads, activities, and customer information.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage time effectively, and handle field visits or client meetings as needed.
  • Interest in sustainability, agriculture, or environmental impact, with a willingness to learn about fruit forestry and related services.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and local languages, with strong listening skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
