About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of KEYORA, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences. You will assist customers throughout their shopping journey, recommend products based on their needs, maintain store presentation standards, and contribute towards achieving individual and store sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and warmth.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Deliver personalized shopping experiences.
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat visits.
• Ensure every customer enjoys a seamless shopping experience.

Sales Operations

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
• Assist customers during checkout.
• Support daily store operations and sales reporting.

Store Presentation

• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Keep racks, shelves, and displays organized and well-stocked.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and customer-ready.

Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on products, collections, and ongoing promotions.
• Understand current retail and fashion trends.
• Confidently explain product features and benefits.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is an added advantage).
• A positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and rotational shifts.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

• ₹1.8 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA (Fixed Salary)
• Performance-Based Incentives
• Final compensation will depend on experience and interview performance.
