About
Built by second-time founders who have built and sold companies before, LH2 AI Labs (lh2.ai) is building the post-training infrastructure for frontier AI models.
We bring private, high-quality institutional datasets and vetted domain experts to frontier AI pipelines across verticals like coding, computer use, agentic, medical, audio and more.
For AI to keep progressing, it needs high-quality training data drawn from real production use cases. The public web has already been crawled and trained on – there's nothing left there. That's where we come in: we envision creating a world where frontier models can access data on tap – exactly how they access compute today.
The Role
This is a high-ownership outbound sales role where you will engage directly with founders, CTOs, and operators across India. You will learn how to identify valuable data assets, initiate conversations, and build a pipeline from scratch. You will be the first point of contact for potential partners and play a key role in driving early-stage conversations. Your job is to find them, get them on a call, qualify the asset, and hand off to the BD lead for structuring and close.
This is not a customer support role. It is not scripted order-taking. You will be calling decision-makers cold, handling objections on your feet, and building pipeline from scratch. If that energises you, read on.

Training & Growth

What You Will Do
- Make high-volume outbound outreach via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, etc. (30–50 per day) as part of a structured and goal-driven sales process targeting founders, CTOs, and senior operators at Indian startups, mid-size companies, and digital platforms.
- Identify and qualify data asset holders – companies sitting on proprietary codebases, vernacular content libraries, audio archives, or structured datasets
- Conduct a sharp, personalised 10-minute qualification call – understand what the asset is, confirm IP ownership, gauge interest, and set next steps
- Follow up via WhatsApp and email post-call – share relevant one-pagers and maintain relationship until handoff
- Maintain a clean CRM record of every contact, conversation, and outcome – daily
- Collaborate with the BD lead to refine targeting lists, calling scripts, and objection-handling playbooks based on what you're hearing on calls
- Feed market intelligence back to the team – what assets are out there, what objections are common, what's landing and what isn't
- Gain hands-on exposure to B2B sales, deal qualification, and client communication
What We Are Looking For
Non-negotiable
- Comfortable managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle and open to a high-energy, target-driven environment while handling rejection without losing energy
- Articulate in English – clear, confident, neutral Indian English; you sound like a peer to the founders you're calling, not a script-reader
- Quick on your feet – can improvise when a call goes off-script, listen actively, and pivot the conversation
- Highly organised - can manage 50+ active prospects across different stages without dropping the ball
Strong Preference
- Prior internship experience at high-velocity inside sales operations – Services/Fintech/Edtech/SaaS sales floors
- Familiarity with the Indian startup ecosystem – you know what a CTO is, what a codebase is, what a licensing deal looks like
- Comfort with WhatsApp as a professional follow-up channel
- Proficiency in a second Indian language – particularly Hindi, Kannada or Tamil – to break the ice with regional founders
Not Required
- Technical knowledge of AI or datasets – we will train you on everything you need to know about what we sell and why it matters
- Prior sales experience is not mandatory; training will be provided
Compensation
INR 5 – 8 LPA (based on experience and fit)
